Picatinny's annual food drive begins on Monday. Items will be collected on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6 – 8 a.m. at the Truck Gate. The receptacle will be a government vehicle located between the inside of the truck gate and the scale house.
Lark Berhman, James Benton and other fire department personnel will be collecting the items themselves.
Items needed: turkeys, canned hams, non-perishable items, such as peanut butter/jelly, tea, sauce, evaported/dry milk, fruit or juice, vegetables, Ensure, sugar/flour, jello/pudding, oil, mayo, ketchup, mustard, diapers/wipes, canned meats, Hamburger Helper, paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, jars of prepared spaghetti, and shampoo/conditioner.
